How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who contacts Objectconcepts Septic should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page covers how to complain and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience calling or contacting Objectconcepts Septic
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider you were connected with

When the Issue Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If there is a problem with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers that repeatedly fall short may be removed. Note that Objectconcepts Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@objectconcepts.property and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us

After You Write

We acknowledge complaints by email, usually within a few business days. We then review what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and reply with our findings and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may also be able to help.
