Terms of Use for This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These terms govern your use of objectconcepts.property and the services offered through it by Objectconcepts Septic. When you use the site, call the number on it or submit a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template, not legal advice.

What the Service Is

Objectconcepts Septic is a referral and marketing service. It links homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. It does not pump septic tanks, repair septic systems, drain fields or sewer lines, or do any plumbing work. It is also not a party to any agreement you reach with a provider.

Providers Stand Alone

The providers you are connected with are independent businesses. They alone answer for their quotes, pricing, scheduling, workmanship, permits, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or control them. We make no promises about their availability, response time, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of license and insurance, and get a written quote.

General Information Only

Content on this site is general information. It is not plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that vary by job, and they are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider and, where relevant, your insurer and local health department.

What We Expect From You

Give accurate information when you contact us, and use the site for lawful purposes only. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs, or try to get in without permission.

Calls, Texts and Email

By calling or submitting a form, you agree that we, and the provider you are connected with, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing purposes. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing contact@objectconcepts.property.

Ownership of Content

The site's content and design belong to Objectconcepts Septic or its licensors. Do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Objectconcepts Septic is not liable for loss or damage that arises from your use of the site, from a provider's services, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is", with no warranties of any kind.

Updates to These Terms

These terms may change at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated version.
